REFUND POLICY

At SatvaMarket, we strive to provide you best experience of purchasing quality food products in Hong Kong. We also understand that you might not like some of the products after they are delivered to you. Our refund policy empowers you ask for your money back or exchange. Such requests upon proper scrutiny of the returned product (as per the policy of refund) with genuine reasons make us pay you back without any fail.

REFUND POLICY

If you would like to return an item to us, please follow these steps

  1. Contact us at info@satvamarket.com. Please send explanation for return and attach picture if possible, in case of damaged or expired items. Items returned without notification may not be properly identified. This may result in delays in addressing your concern and/or processing your refund
  2. We will contact you to arrange return shipment as necessary

Returns will be processed subject to the following terms and conditions.

REFUNDABLE ITEMS

Items may be eligible for a refund if:

  1. Defective / Damaged
  2. Expired

Subject to our review, you may be eligible for a refund in credit or replacement for the similar product.

NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

Food items and/or products that have been opened or have a broken seal cannot be returned and are NOT eligible for a refund.

Items returned to us after 30 days of the initial purchase date and/or without contacting info@satvamarket.com prior to the return, will NOT be refunded.

DUPLICATE ORDERS

SatvaMarket will not responsible for duplicate orders placed by the customer online. Please write to us in case you have any concerns and we can assure you to take possible steps to fully satisfy you.
